user centred research: contextmapping method

 

In the user study, the contextmapping method was applied to explore the context of “eating alone at home” and to gain insight into the hidden wishes and desires of the people.


Six participants of different ages were familiarized with the topic in a week-long sensitizing phase to refl ect their self-observed actions, feelings and desires in a following workshop.
